Rehearsal Dinner Fun!

Even though there were a few mishaps with the rehearsal dinner ( the restaurant forgot we were coming, but pulled it together well) It was a great celebration and fun time to be with friends and family.

It was Liz and Grandmas Birthday on the 2nd so we had a cake to celebrate the occasions.

The Week Leading up to the big day!

My big sister got Married on July 4th so I flew hope a week before to help out with everything (Dave came a couple days before). My Dad likes to document everything so here is our exciting week (minus a few dramatic moments)

We would usually get woken up in the morning by our Dad taking a picture of us!

Becca was not quite as easily woken, it usually took the sweet smell of bacon cooking in the morning, HAHA

Then we would have Spunky licking you any chance he got, it gets old really fast!

Then we would take our Daily trip to Costco, what is more fun then hanging out at costco!!!

Weekend In Arizona Tiffany's Shower

I was able to go visit my cousin tiffany in June in Scottsdale Arizona! She is getting married to a great guy in the fall and I am so glad I got to hang out with her and her mommy for the weekend.

We had wonderful time celebrating with so many friends the upcoming wedding of my sister Rebecca and her soon to be husband Dan. It was a beatiful day and the shower went very smoothly. Can't wait for the wedding, its going to be a blast!

Seal Beach 5 K Race April 5 2008

Yay I did it! My first race since I started running. I ran a 5K this past weekend. I have been dragging Dave out running with me as well (he is such a loving and supportive husband) We ran the Seal Beach 5K together. I know its only 3.1 miles but I could not have done it a year ago. Luckily My Mom and Dad were also out visiting, so they got to join in the fun and take pictures! Boy were they shocked when they walked out to the finish line (about a block from our apt.) and saw over 6000 runners and all their friends and family not exactly what they expected.

It was so nice to have Mom and Mark at the race! We love when they visit!

I'm almost there, About 10 Feet from the finish line! It felt great and I still had energy left I'm definitley doing the 10K next time!

I think Daves happy to be done, I don't think he realizes I'm going to make him train for a half marathon :)
